What we need from you:

  • Must Love Humans! Ok this may seem obvious but to us, this is the only thing that gets us out of bed every morning. You are someone who enjoys seeking out an opportunity to make an impact daily and connecting with people through clear communication, and has a deep understanding in empathy. Must have a passion for customer service. You balance perfectly between making our guests feel welcomed and valued, while also controlling the flow of the appointment. Your team consistently achieves 95% or higher on the exSPEARience Discharge Survey question regarding friendliness and courtesy of front desk. You maintain a 98% or higher copay collections rate. You guide our patients entirely through our out-of-network experience.
  • Resilience – The healthcare world, patient needs, and software products are always changing. Someone who is a gritty critical thinker, adjusts quickly, and seeks a solution is a must. You get the nuance and can read between the lines. You meticulously enter patient data with a > 98% accuracy rate, and maintain less than 2% claim errors on the Error Log. You show up ten minutes early and you understand the urgency behind our patient’s need for help and healthcare. All patient phone calls and emails are responded to within 2 hours and always within 24 hours.

  • BA/BS degree preferred, not required
