About the Opportunity:
SPEAR Physical Therapy is looking for a dynamic, forward thinking CFO that will be a leader in our company at the highest level and will direct all financial activities of the organization and ensure its long-term financial strength and viability. SPEAR has demonstrated tremendous growth with last year alone growing its visits and referrals by 50% and number of employees by 31%. Immediate plans for the opening of several de novo locations and acquisition targets have been identified. The future outlook for the physical therapy sector looks bright and SPEAR is looking for a CFO to get us to the next level. Do you have what it takes?
You will be a key member of the executive team. You will be contributing to our continued growth by bringing your expertise, leadership, analytical skills and the ability to be a strategic thinker. This is a new role and we expect the right professional will help us move to a new level. You will have the responsibility to lead and inspire your team. You will work closely with the CEO to keep him informed about the financial position of the company and provide recommendations regarding significant financial decisions, proactive strategic market analysis and business development, generate and evaluate strategic growth alternatives, negotiate agreements and perform risk analysis. You will also be responsible for budgeting and forecasting and preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, statements of cash flow and other required reports for internal and external use. You will also work alongside the COO to assist in establishing and reporting on essential key performance metrics that drive the business.

Position reports to:
As the CFO, you will be reporting directly and working hand in hand with the CEO and founder of SPEAR Physical Therapy. Our CEO exemplifies the culture that we built in which continually developing our leadership skills is highly valued.
